What you'd actually do

  1. Provide support for cloud-hosted applications that deliver solutions to Caterpillar dealers and customers around the world.
  2. Implementation and utilization of standard support processes to respond, restore, and resolve issues.
  3. Manage workload and escalate in a timely manner.
  4. Analyze and process tickets to responsible parties.
  5. Complete NPI Product Support deliverables as assigned.
