What you'd actually do

  1. Source and deliver engine specifications and troubleshooting guidance to Technical Communicators within North and South America’s dealer and distributor networks.
  2. Act as a strong advocate for both customers and dealers, ensuring their product issues are effectively resolved to maximize machine uptime.
  3. Identify and lead process improvements to increase team efficiency, quality, and velocity.
  4. Initiate action for product improvements within the service team and act as the conduit for information flow between the dealer and engineering.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Demonstrated ability to apply logical troubleshooting processes to identify issues and support resolution

Nice to have

  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting diesel engine and aftertreatment related issues.
  • Previous assignments in a customer or dealer facing role supporting the service of equipment.
