Product Specialist - Firefly Enterprise Sales

This role is a Product Specialist focused on selling Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions. The primary responsibility is to partner with Account Directors to grow existing business by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The role requires strong solution selling capabilities, customer consultation, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Firefly and GenAI within enterprise accounts. While the product involves generative AI, the role itself is sales-focused, not directly building or researching AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with Adobe Sales Team across the Digital Media (DMe) and Digital Experience (DX) to support Multi-Product Enterprise Solutions, Strategic Firefly-only Solutions or as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for general Firefly sales engagements. Be the Firefly and GenAI expert for your area, improving scale and sales efficiency in creative GenAI projects.
  2. Develop targeted account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships at the “C-Suite” and “VP” levels within targeted accounts. Relationships will be with both IT and Business segments of the enterprise.
  4. Identify cross-sell opportunities through targeted whitespace analysis, partner with pre-sales to drive maturity and sales stage progression in preparation for in-quarter execution.
  5. Understand customer needs and solution fit by delivering effective product demonstrations, use cases, positioning differentiated value/vision, and sales pitches. Develop Arguments – Develop strong Creative GenAI arguments that emphasize compelling differentiated value proposition, thought leadership, and return on investment cost/benefit analysis.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years proven track record of enterprise-level, technical solution direct sales expertise
  • Proven experience consulting and selling digital transformation and enterprise solutions to “C-Suite” executives
  • overachieving on quotas
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel upwards of 50%
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience highly preferred
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud products (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects) or Adobe Experience Cloud products (i.e., AEM, AEP)
  • Knowledge of generative AI technologies, including deep learning, neural networks, and generative models
  • Proficient in creative workflows and the design process
  • Strong problem-solving skills
