What you'd actually do

  1. Atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de parts de marché en démontrant la capacité à soutenir et gérer le territoire assigné de manière stratégique et réfléchie.
  2. Agir à titre de principal point de contact pour toutes les questions liées à la gestion des comptes dans chaque hôpital du territoire.
  3. Mettre en œuvre les stratégies et programmes de ventes et de marketing nationaux, régionaux et locaux pour les produits Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular.
  4. Assurer une gestion efficace du territoire (budget du territoire, respect des responsabilités administratives assignées, travail en collaboration à travers différentes structures de POD).
  5. Recueillir et partager la rétroaction des clients, déployer les programmes promotionnels et anticiper de façon proactive les changements de l’environnement, tout en proposant des solutions visant à améliorer la performance des produits et de l’entreprise sur le marché.

Skills

Required

  • University degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in healthcare or medical devices OR minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Results and performance-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and bias for action
  • Willingness to work in a laboratory or operating room (OR) environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and discuss complex clinical trials and related datasets
  • Excellent collaborative and problem-solving skills, with initiative and creativity
  • Ability to work in a commission and bonus-driven environment
  • Availability to travel as required by clients and the company, including overnight stays or weekends (minimum 25%)
  • Safe driving record in compliance with Johnson & Johnson SAFE Fleet guidelines, driving being an essential requirement of the position
  • Bilingual (French and English) - fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
  • Fluency in English is required due to the clientele based in Ottawa and Atlantic Canada, which are part of the territory
