Product Specialist - Oncology

Product Specialist for the Oncology team at Merck, responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a territory, and collaborating with healthcare providers and internal teams to promote oncology products. Requires a pharmacy degree, sales experience, and strong customer interaction skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets for our oncology portfolio in a defined region/geography within Egypt.
  2. Is accountable for accurate execution of territory sales targets planning and operational cross functional territory development plan within assigned territory
  3. Able to identify and communicate with relevant customers including Key Opinion Leaders, Oncology decision-making authorities in the cancer institutions and other members of the appropriate Multi-Disciplinary Team (Nurses, Pharmacists, Pathologists, etc.) who are influential in the use of our oncology products, to maximize sales in the territory.
  4. Works in close collaboration with line manager and members of cross functional team be responsible for creation, execution leading and coordinating the activities of other team members in the same territory (medical, MAx, CDx, policy, communications, etc.) to ensure that the impact of a cross-functional team approach is leveraged.
  5. Supports the marketing team to drive growth of our products, to maximize the business outcomes.
