Product Strategy Manager for Visa's Value Added Services within Processing Solutions. This role will support product roadmap, development, launch, and commercialization of new processing solutions, working with cross-functional teams and clients to define requirements and GTM strategies. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills within the payments industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support product roadmap, development, and launch of new processing solutions that meet the needs of potential target customers
  2. Work with existing Visa processing businesses to leverage all existing capabilities in solution build, implementation and post-launch optimization and ensure new solutions are integrated seamlessly into our existing suite of products and services
  3. Work with pilot and prospective clients to synthesize client feedback for product requirements and ensure voice of the customer is represented
  4. Develop use-case, segment, and client-specific perspectives on solutions that solve key client problems/needs
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy development, informed by and based on client segmentation analysis, market sizing and competitive landscape & implications
  6. Track and report on key metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive product improvement and growth

Skills

Required

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated quantitative rigor
  • Proficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools
  • Attention to detail and the ability to structure and analyse financial, operational, and market data
  • Outstanding stakeholder management abilities at both senior and junior levels
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Impeccable written and oral communication

Nice to have

  • 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry
  • Ability to lead and manage complex workstreams or small projects independently
  • Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
