Product Support Engineer Intern

This is an internship role for a Product Support Engineer focused on assisting with customer failure analysis, identifying product failures, improving diagnostic processes, and building analytics dashboards. The role requires basic software skills, knowledge of AI tools, and familiarity with autonomous robotics and IoT concepts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist with customer failure analysis triage involving Skydio drones, docks, and accessories.
  2. Assist with work to identify product failures that require Engineering or Manufacturing changes.
  3. Help with proactive product quality initiatives involving customers and product updates/upgrades.
  4. Make improvements to diagnostic processes used by Skydio Support team TSRs to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  5. Assist other PSEs in creating content for weekly/monthly feature/bug prioritization and planning meetings with Product teams.
