Product Support Manager for Oracle's Health Support organization, responsible for leading a team that provides post-sales support, resolves customer issues (both technical and non-technical), and ensures product lifecycle maintenance and improvement. The role focuses on managing service requests, incident resolution, application maintenance, and maintaining quality standards and SLAs.
