Product Support Manager (dublin)

This role manages a team of Product Support Specialists focused on enhancing Anthropic's Enterprise Support offering for AI products. The manager will build and lead a high-performing team, ensure global support delivery, and collaborate with go-to-market stakeholders to improve user experience for strategic customers. The role requires strong people management, product support experience, and the ability to drive initiatives using data, with a preference for candidates familiar with APIs and technical documentation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Hire, lead, and develop a team of happy, high-performing Product Support Specialists
  2. Provide thoughtful coaching and feedback to your direct reports, and partner with them on their career development goals and growth
  3. Monitor team performance and course correct both in real-time and strategically as needed
  4. Manage day to day team operations, including proactive capacity management and ad hoc unblocking of your Specialists as they action their daily work
  5. Partner with peer leaders in other regions to ensure consistent global support delivery in routine casework as well as on-call or high-urgency responsibilities
