Seeking a Product Support Operations Representative for the Japan team to work with Cat dealers, drive process improvement, lead strategic projects, and execute Product Support Operations strategies to solve customer challenges. Responsibilities include strengthening dealer performance, implementing services commitment, identifying service operations improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting dealer business planning, enhancing organizational capabilities, improving dealer effectiveness, supporting new product launches, and staying informed of industry trends and digital technologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and deliver Differentiated Dealer Capabilities (both fundamental and industry-specific) to strengthen dealer performance in Japan.
  2. Drive key initiatives and workstreams, including Services Commitment implementation, ensuring effective delivery of critical enablers.
  3. Identify, prioritize, and implement service operations improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate closely with dealers, customers, and internal Caterpillar teams to analyze challenges and develop practical, value-driven solutions.
  5. Support dealer business planning and performance improvement, including recommendations on facilities, tooling, and systems to improve operational effectiveness.
