This role is for a Product Support Specialist who will provide hands-on support to customers, gather feedback for product improvement, create content, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a technical background, is customer-focused, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Interact closely with a diverse range of customers, including enterprises, startups, and SMBs, providing hands-on support to help them maximize the use of the product.
  2. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and areas for product improvement, ensuring that user insights contribute directly to product development.
  3. Create informative and engaging content based on common user needs and feedback, which could include guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation to enhance user experience and product understanding.
  4. Collaborate with various teams across Clay including product, engineering and data to help provide a stellar customer experience.
