Production and Inventory Coordinator

This role is for a Production and Inventory Coordinator at Boeing. Responsibilities include processing and moving materials, identifying and resolving parts availability issues, managing aircraft section preparation, validating work for compliance, coordinating with enterprise organizations for supply chain activities, and leading site shipping activities. What you'd actually do

  1. Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to complex production, product support activities, flight test, etc
  2. Identifies and reports problems and recommendations to ensure parts availability
  3. Analyzes problems and resolves/reconciles discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy
  4. Manages factory major aircraft section preparation in support of manufacturing build plan
  5. Validates work performed by team to ensure compliance to all company policies to include Regulatory, Safety and Quality requirements

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and shipping processes
  • 1+ years of experience with inventory, stock, or supply chain management
  • 1+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
  • Ability to lift up to 35-40 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift

Nice to have

  • 1+ Years experience in supply chain concepts and best-practices
  • 1+ years forklift experience
  • High School diploma/GED
