Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Production Coordinator for its manufacturing team. This role involves organizing and coordinating all aspects of production, including resource planning, documentation, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving. The Production Coordinator will monitor and track parts, coordinate their movement through various stages of production, ensure proper handling, and support manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate MRP/ERP/MES data, resolving inventory inaccuracies, developing reports, communicating part status, supporting logistics, managing material certifications, and assisting with work order management. The role requires physical capabilities such as lifting and moving items, and willingness to work overtime. Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems and MS Office is required, with preferred experience in specific manufacturing environments and certifications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Monitor, track, and move parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
  2. Coordinate physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources or any applicable work center.
  3. Ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within company specifications.
  4. Coordinate off site processing of parts to ensure on time delivery as required.
  5. Support the manufacturing/production, supply chain and inventory teams cross-functionally.

Skills

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting administrative processes.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent systems)
  • Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of MS Office products.
  • Tableau, Confluence, SQL or any reporting feature experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience handling parts in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in organizing files and documents.
  • Inventory experience.
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments.
  • APICS certification.
  • Lean Manufacturing Principles
