  3. Lead the digital strategy for the site.
  4. Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements, Boeing quality systems and site safety standards; promote proactive safety and quality culture.
  5. Support technical excellence and integration between Sheffield and other Global Production and Industrial Engineering teams.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (or similar).
  • Experience working directly in a Manufacturing environment (fabrication or assembly factories or within Advanced Manufacturing) is required.
  • Experience leading or managing teams and performing engineering work statement in production-facing roles is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience within various commercial business segments (e.g. fabrication, assembly, product development).
  • Experience partnering with global, geographically diverse teams.
  • Previous Aerospace or Advanced Manufacturing experience.
