Production Equipment Maintenance Specialist

This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of factory equipment using mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge. It requires interpreting blueprints and schematics, managing parts inventory, and using various diagnostic tools. The position is onsite and requires experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Performs maintenance on factory equipment
  2. Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  3. Uses and interprets advanced blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment
  4. Responds to requests for equipment repair
  5. Maintains and manages components and replacement part inventories

Skills

Required

  • Availability to work variable shifts
  • 1+ year of aerospace, manufacturing, or fabrication experience
  • 1+ years of experience in equipment maintenance
  • 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • 1+ years of experience working with Digital Volt Meters (DVM), Oscilloscopes, AC/DC Power supplies, Frequency Generators, and/or Power Meters
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance
  • 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • 3+ years of experience working with Digital Volt Meters (DVM), Oscilloscopes, AC/DC Power supplies, Frequency Generators, and/or Power Meters
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
