Production Lead

This role is for a Production Lead within the Brand & Creative team at Replit, an AI company focused on an agentic software creation platform. The lead will define, build, and scale creative production processes, manage external partners, and oversee production planning and execution for campaigns, launches, and product work. The role involves both hands-on production and leadership, ensuring creative work is delivered efficiently and at a high quality. While the company is AI-focused, this specific role is in brand and creative production, not directly building AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and establish production standards, workflows, and best practices across Brand & Creative
  2. Oversee production planning and execution across campaigns, launches, product work, and ongoing initiatives
  3. Lead production on high-impact work, including campaigns, films, events, and key brand moments
  4. Manage and evolve the ecosystem of external agencies, studios, and production partners
  5. Scope projects, define production approaches, and allocate internal and external resources

Skills

Required

  • 7–9+ years of experience in creative production, integrated production, or brand production roles
  • Experience working at a top-tier creative agency, production company, or in-house creative team
  • Strong experience producing campaigns, films, digital work, and integrated brand initiatives
  • Experience managing external agencies, production companies, and vendor ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of production workflows across design, motion, film, digital, and experiential
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation at scale
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Ability to translate creative direction into clear production plans and execution
  • Experience both producing work hands-on and leading or mentoring other producers
  • Strong organizational and operational thinking
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
