Production Line Mechanic

Production Line Mechanic responsible for general maintenance support, equipment uptime, and reliability in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role involves troubleshooting, performing corrective and preventative maintenance on machinery, and supporting projects related to production and utility equipment, all while adhering to GMP standards and safety protocols.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, leading safety initiatives, and working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.
  2. Perform preventative maintenance inspections/repairs and document additional repairs needed.
  3. Daily operations performed in controlled cleanroom environment with full gowning requirements/procedures in compliance of GMP standards.
  4. Remove/ repair / adjust/ install assemblies (e.g., pumps, agitators) using manual and powered tools.
  5. Inspect and adjust equipment (e.g., valves, mixer motors, agitators, torque wrenches, crimping tools, PSV’s PSE’s and drives).
