Production Planning and Logistics Leader

This role is a Production Planning and Logistics Leader at Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division in Juarez, Mexico. What you'd actually do

  1. May lead a small team of planners to ensure that production is completed as efficient as possible.
  2. Responsible to develop systems to improve site efficiency utilizing all available resources to plan production while meeting customer requirements and inventory targets.
  3. Leads preparation of schedules and ensures timely completion of work orders for manufacturing processes.
  4. Leads customer service and inventory results for their assigned codes.
  5. Leads analysis of product demand, sales patterns, forecasts, production specifications and plant capacity data.

Skills

Required

  • APICS Certification, Training, and/or use of tools are preferred
  • supply chain/operations and medical device experience
  • work experience in a regulatory environment
  • knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of Data Mining report skills through MS-Excel (or equivalent).
  • Advance planning systems (APS/APO) Experience is required.
  • Documentation control experienced is required (Adaptiv)
