Production Recruiting Lead, Connected Warfare

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Production Recruiting Lead for their Connected Warfare division. This role focuses on recruiting top-tier talent for hardware engineering roles (Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Firmware Engineers) and shaping long-term talent strategy. The position requires operating autonomously, developing recruiting strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing the hiring roadmap in a fast-paced, defense technology environment. Experience in startups, tech, and hardware domains is preferred, and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across the TRS division to recruit for: Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Firmware Engineers, etc.
  2. Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
  3. Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.
  4. Possess and apply breadth and depth in recruiting tools and general industry best practices, acting as a SME in adherence to process in our systems that impact our reporting and broader hiring strategy.
  5. Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach, candidate-driven data, and offer/close rates.

Skills

Required

  • 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring.
  • Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
  • True Ownership: Accountability for outcomes, with a commitment to improving all aspects of the business.
  • Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to achieve creative and effective TA goals.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience in startups, tech, and relevant hardware domains (AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or related programs).
