We are looking for a creative and independent Product Test Engineering Manger in Hsinchu, Taiwan. What you'll be doing:
- Represent NVIDIA engineering team at all FT and burn-in OSATs to make sure all behaviors following with NV’s criteria and meet NV’s requirement
- Driving the factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic review
- Continuously lead the team to work with the subcontractors for continuous process improvement
- Collaborate the engineering activities with the cross functional NVIDIA team and the subcontractor
- Lead the team to manage the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues in the production line
- Continuously mentor and develop engineers to help widen their technical strengths
What we need to see:
- Bachelor Degree or above in an Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 8+ overall years test or product engineering, IC test programming experiences
- 4+ years as the leader to lead the internal members or OSAT engineers
- Familiarity with IC test manufacture process including wafer sort and final test
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to effectively lead cross functional teams to solve complex problems
- Ability to foster a creative and collaborative climate with multi-functional teams, while providing leadership
- Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
