Productivity and Performance Lead Southasia

Salesforce is seeking a Productivity and Performance Lead for their South Asia Enablement team. This role will focus on operationalizing and executing training programs for Sales, Solutions, and Sales Development teams, covering Salesforce products, processes, sales skills, and industry knowledge. The lead will partner with cross-functional teams, orchestrate workshops, adapt global content for regional needs, and track program impact against KPIs. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in facilitating enablement sessions, and a passion for learning and motivating others.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with Enablement Business Partners to understand needs of the business and serve as an expert on catalog of content
  2. Orchestrate and facilitate workshops that leverage global frameworks and subject matter expert communities
  3. Identify subject matter experts and manage adaptation of existing global content to address regional complexities (e.g. language, tool intricacies, etc.)
  4. Be a power-user in all internally-used products and tools and Lead operations of in-region programs:
  5. Source data and provide analysis on trends and insights that support quarterly enablement planning process

  • Strong interest and exposure into facilitating and leading in-person enablement sessions

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Nice to have

  • Good knowledge of software sales cycles, pre-sales, sales process, and coaching is preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product portfolio, sales process with keen understanding of product messaging and positioning in addition to overall industry knowledge
  • Masters Degree a plus
