This role is for a Professional Services Consultant at Ripple, focusing on implementing and configuring Ripple Treasury's SaaS solutions for financial institutions. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, designing optimal configurations, and providing training to maximize ROI. The role involves deep knowledge of treasury and financial concepts, client-facing experience, and collaboration with internal teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
  2. Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals
  3. Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
  4. Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision
  5. Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS
  • Consultative Mindset: experience in roles where you don’t just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes
  • Technical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
  • Communication Skills: experience translating "tech-speak" into "CFO-speak," making complex financial concepts accessible and compelling
  • Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
  • Financial Fluency: Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance - comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk
