This role is for a Professional Services Consultant at Adobe, focusing on Digital Experience products in the Enterprise Digital Marketing space. The consultant will work with customers to drive value realization and business impact through process design, implementation, and innovation. Responsibilities include client-facing workshops, consulting on personalization strategies, understanding Adobe's Digital Experience Products, and collaborating with internal teams and sales to create new opportunities. The role requires extensive experience in consultative marketing, customer experience, and commerce improvements, with expertise in growth and performance marketing, data analysis, customer journey mapping, and personalization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Client facing business discovery workshops and billable project consulting executions covering Growth & Performance Marketing, Marketing Funnel optimization, Campaign & Journey improvements, increased customer acquisition, conversion and revenue growth across digital channels.
  2. Consult and improve clients Personalization strategies and outcomes leveraging and executing on: a) Marketing Analytics & Data Strategy , b) improved and optimized Customer Journeys & c) Content Supply Chain strategies.
  3. Understand and become a business practitioner and consultant of Adobe’s Digital Experience Products covering Marketing , Commerce & Experience.
  4. Work internally with Delivery & Solution consultants to engage with clients directly and deliver best business outcomes to clients’ Marketing, Digital and Technology teams.
  5. Work closely with Adobe’s Services Sales to create new opportunities for Services Consulting & Professional services sales in existing accounts on with new clients.
