This role supports customers in unlocking the full potential of Notion's product, which has AI built in. The consultant will partner with customers to understand challenges and provide tailored solutions, focusing on workspace design, implementation, change management, and training. The role requires technical consulting, project management, and consultative abilities to ensure successful adoption of Notion across organizations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and architect customer workspaces, including use case implementation and member management practices
  2. Develop and execute change management and training plans to ensure successful customer adoption
  3. Scope, negotiate, and manage professional services engagements from discovery through delivery
  4. Lead workspace builds and implementation projects
  5. Partner with sales teams to position and deliver professional services solutions

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in English and German
  • 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong project management expertise with demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Experience in change management and driving user adoption of new technologies
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and building relationships at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of technical concepts
  • Proven track record of delivering successful customer implementations

Nice to have

  • Experience with workspace design and information architecture
  • Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of API integrations and enterprise software systems
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
