Stripe is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex projects for enterprise clients, focusing on accelerating their integration and maximizing value from Stripe's financial infrastructure platform. This role involves program management, driving product adoption, managing technical integrations, and ensuring smooth transitions, while collaborating with internal product and engineering teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive innovation and adoption of deployment practices, provide product adoption insights and help users achieve the maximum value from their Stripe investment.
  2. Proactively manage the integration of Stripe’s products into the user’s application/technical architecture, test and change management strategies and transformation timelines.
  3. Deliver program management expertise based on experience, continuous learning, and in-depth knowledge of Stripe’s products and implementation best practices.
  4. Focus on the continuous improvement and enablement of the Stripe Implementation Methodology and it’s associate tools, templates and processes
  5. Provide well-established program governance to manage requirements in line with the agreed scope and business objectives.
