  3. Define and develop overall strategic direction for AWS customers and internal AWS teams designing, building, optimizing, transforming, or otherwise migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs)
  4. Partner with AWS Account teams and ProServe Account Executives and ProServe Delivery on accelerating innovation, account strategy, and technical execution, aligning to increase business value through cloud adoption, covering people, processes, and technology aspects.
  5. Work directly with customers to understand their problem statements and use cases in Agentic AI and GenAI domains
