This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and AI application within data center infrastructure build programs. The analyst will develop and improve reporting, analyze complex datasets, partner with stakeholders, build Excel models, automate tasks using coding, and support the development of AI-enabled reporting capabilities. The role requires strong analytical skills, coding experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop, maintain, and improve reporting, dashboards, trackers, and analytical outputs supporting data center infrastructure build activities.
  2. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  3. Partner with stakeholders across data governance, analytics, infrastructure delivery, planning, finance, operations, and related teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear data outputs.
  4. Build and manage advanced Excel-based models, trackers, and reporting files, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros, and structured data validation where applicable.
  5. Use coding and scripting skills to automate repetitive reporting tasks, improve data quality checks, and streamline manual workflows.

Skills

Required

  • 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting, data governance, operations analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and turn complex data into practical business insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, structured workbooks, data validation, lookups, Power Query, and large datasets.
  • Working knowledge of database principles, including relational data structures, joins, keys, data quality, and data integrity concepts.
  • Coding or scripting experience, such as SQL, Python, VBA, R, or similar tools used for data extraction, transformation, automation, or analysis.
  • Experience building recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, or operational analytics products.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to work extended hours when business-critical deadlines require it.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, supply chain, operations, cloud, or large-scale program delivery environments.
  • Exposure to data center infrastructure build programs, capacity planning, infrastructure deployment, or related operational reporting.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or automation use cases in reporting, analytics, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing or improving data governance processes, reporting standards, data dictionaries, or quality control checks.
  • Ability to work with messy, incomplete, or rapidly changing datasets and create reliable reporting structures from them.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reporting materials or leadership-facing summaries.
