We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to join the LatAm Production Solutions team. This role will support how work is executed across Production Operations, Production Technology, and Media Operations, helping ensure initiatives are clearly defined, tracked, and adopted in practice.
You understand how production teams work and how tools and workflows support that work in practice. You are familiar with how information such as schedules, talent, vendors, and technical specifications is managed across productions. You are highly organized and bring structure to complex, cross-functional work. You track multiple initiatives, maintain clarity on priorities, and ensure work moves forward. You communicate clearly, synthesize information, and help keep stakeholders aligned. You are comfortable working across teams and supporting coordination across Production, Technology, and Media. You are curious about improving how teams work and motivated by making workflows clearer, more structured, and easier to execute.
The role will work closely with Production Solutions leads and cross-functional partners to maintain visibility across initiatives, support coordination, and reduce ambiguity as the team evolves to more structured and scalable ways of working.
Core Responsibilities
Production Operations Programs
- Track initiatives across Production Solutions, maintaining clarity on priorities, timelines, and progress
- Track and report on initiative status, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and next steps
- Support execution of projects using established frameworks, ensuring work is structured, documented, and moves forward without delay
Adoption & Change
- Support adoption of new tools and ways of working across productions, ensuring changes are clearly communicated and used in practice
- Support clear and consistent communication across stakeholders, reducing ambiguity and maintaining alignment
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor adoption and feedback from productions, surfacing insights to improve workflows and tools over time
Cross-Functional Alignment & Connection
- Facilitate coordination across teams, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and continuity
- Support connecting work across Production, Technology, and Media by identifying dependencies, risks, and gaps early
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Production, Post, VFX, or Project Coordinator in film/TV
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred
- Experience or strong interest in GenAI and productivity tools, with the ability to apply them to improve workflows and efficiency
- Strong understanding of production workflows, with the ability to connect them to structured ways of working
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and track work across teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly
- Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and navigating ambiguity
- Affinity with Netflix Culture and a strong desire to champion it within the team and the business
