This role is for a Program Cost Control Analyst at Northrop Grumman, focusing on managing budgets, schedules, and financial analyses for government contracts. What you'd actually do

  1. Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
  2. Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support
  3. Perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
  4. Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete
  5. Other duties as assigned

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of business management or program control experience
  • Experience with financial analysis or reporting
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
