This role is for a Program Cost Control Analyst at Northrop Grumman, focusing on preparing budgets, schedules, and financial analyses for contract work. What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for preparing month-end reports (full Earned Value data)
  2. Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete, and variance analysis research and reporting
  3. Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
  4. Developing and reviewing EACs
  5. Briefing the customer on monthly Earned Value deliverables

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of business management or program control experience
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
  • Experience with accounting systems and EV systems
  • Experience with financial analysis or reporting
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
