Program Cost Control Analyst for Northrop Grumman's Space Sector, responsible for financial and administrative support, cost control, and Earned Value Management (EVM) on contracts. Requires a Top Secret clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
  2. Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support
  3. Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
  4. Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 1 year of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Top-Secret or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance
  • Financial analysis or reporting
  • MS Office Suite
  • Earned Value Management (EVMS)
