This role is a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst/Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst at Northrop Grumman. The primary responsibilities include preparing and presenting financial status, estimating sales and operating margin, assisting with invoicing, tracking invoice submissions and cash receipts, managing financial requirements for projects, supporting program meetings, maintaining project details, supporting customer reporting, and forecasting manpower needs. The role requires experience in finance or accounting, proficiency in certain competencies, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Experience with Earned Value Management System reporting is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prepare and present Estimate at Completion financial status in support of Corporate requirements on a quarterly basis
  2. Estimate monthly sales and operating margin by analyzing direct labor hours, raw material dollars, and other direct costs
  3. Assist Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing
  4. Track and forecast invoice submissions and cash receipts monthly
  5. Manage the day-to-day financial requirements for multiple projects
