Program Execution Director at Northrop Grumman's Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) in Palmdale, CA. What you'd actually do

  1. Act in partnership with the ATDC Program and Deputy Program Manager to set the policy, vision, and strategy of the program.
  2. Ensure overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards are met.
  3. Responsible for successful program operations and program activities of major significance.
  4. Represents the program as a prime internal and external contact on various program matters.
  5. Direct all aspects associated with planning, implementation, and execution of the Program to satisfy the program key objectives.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years)
  • Related experience includes project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions.
  • 3 years of formal Leadership Experience in a People Leadership Manager Role.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Nice to have

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance.
  • 15 years of relevant leadership experience, including Program Management.
  • Profit and Loss Experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Master’s Degree.
  • Previous Aerospace Industry experience.
  • Experience managing a team of over 100 people.
  • Current Special Program Access (SAP).

What the JD emphasized

  • Must have an active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
