Program Integration Manager 2 at Northrop Grumman, supporting the B-2 Long Range Strike organization. Responsible for daily operations, program integration, oversight of program performance, execution, cost, schedule, risk management, technical quality, and customer satisfaction. What you'd actually do

  1. Apply knowledge, insights and understanding of business and financial concepts, tools and processes to the benefit of program decisions, actions, and performance.
  2. Identifies, orchestrates, coordinates and controls the management activities and processes that integrate OU interdependencies throughout their life cycle to achieve successful program commitment.
  3. Proactively manages communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program and stakeholder needs.
  4. Identifies and addresses OU impacts through a systematic, proactive approach to issue and problem resolution that identifies, communicates, monitors, and promptly resolves conflicts across all levels of the OU.
  5. Initiates, develops, integrates, executes, directs and controls OU plans and cost and schedule baselines that meet both contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience (or STEM degree and 9 years)
  • Master's degree and 8 years of related experience (or STEM degree and 7 years)

  • 5 years of demonstrated success leading teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal
  • Background in supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers
  • Project management in other industries
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Active Special Program Access (PAR)
