Meta is looking for a Program Lead to manage high-impact, cross-functional programs that shape how the company operates at scale. This role involves owning strategy, design, and execution of complex business programs, defining program frameworks, resolving organizational challenges, and translating strategic priorities into measurable initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in program architecture, executive communication, and leading through influence. The Creative X team focuses on developing the creative vision for Meta's brands and products, and Program Managers here lead integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and delivering creative solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the end-to-end strategy, structure, and execution of large-scale, cross-functional business programs with company-wide impact
  2. Identify ambiguous organizational problems, frame them into actionable program structures, and drive alignment across senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups
  3. Develop program governance models, operating rhythms, and accountability frameworks that enable consistent execution across multiple teams and workstreams
  4. Lead executive-level communications including program briefings, decision memos, and progress reporting for senior and cross-functional audiences
  5. Establish and track program success metrics, synthesize data-driven insights, and translate findings into strategic recommendations
