Program Manager

AMD is hiring a Program Manager to define, plan, and drive SW project and program plans for semiconductor products. This role involves managing projects, creating project management artifacts, facilitating cross-development team dependencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires experience in leading product development projects for semiconductor products, requirements management, Agile methodology, hardware and software verification, and various design and verification techniques.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define, plan, and drives SW project and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance.
  2. Create and maintain project management artifacts such as schedule, resource and resource forecast, risk and issues logs.
  3. Provide unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications.
  4. Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
  5. Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports.
