What you'd actually do

  1. Connect, scale, and evolve the rhythms, capabilities, and initiatives that keep Nordstrom Operations, and the enterprise it powers, moving forward
  2. Drive forward enterprise leadership connection across multiple different types of forums, key events, and business functions
  3. Focus on delivery of key high-volume event timeframes and recurring leadership meetings
  4. Build processes and tools that will help leaders track progress to their plans, communicate across the enterprise, and help to operationalize these plans by playing a thread across all functions
  5. Craft compelling communications materials, develop effective processes, tools and templates, run ad-hoc analysis, create cross functional business updates, and meet with operating leaders and teams

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
  • Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics
  • Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage project execution
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change
  • Ability to work across a wide breadth of topics, focusing in on the things that matter vs getting overwhelmed by less important details
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • MBA or relevant Master's degree
