Program Manager for the F-35 program, overseeing workforce at multiple sites, managing profit and loss, cost, schedule, and technical performance for aircraft modification and sustainment. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, business plans, customer interface, and leading cross-functional teams across production, engineering, quality, and logistics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned program scope.
  2. Support execution of MRO&U activities across multiple workstreams, including field maintenance, engineering support, and production operations.
  3. Contribute to maintenance planning, scheduling, and throughput optimization, including turnaround time (TAT) considerations, and support resolution of production issues.
  4. Execute program scope including touch labor, field engineering, SME support, production management, and quality integration.
  5. Cultivate customer relationships and serve as a primary interface for program execution, status, and performance communication.

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience OR Master's degree and 6 years of related experience

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Nice to have

  • Prior military Sr. enlisted or field grade officer with F-35 experience in unit/depot level maintenance and logistics /or depot maintenance

What the JD emphasized

  • Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
