What you'd actually do

  1. Own the delivery of individual projects within the broader Returns & Exhaust program and drive to measurable outcomes by leveraging effective communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
  2. Optimize returns processing systems and processes to increase automation, reduce touches, increase controls, and prevent loss.
  3. Identify opportunities to decrease loss from product exhaust.
  4. Establish tactics to decrease return rates by offering exceptional customer service
  5. Support efforts to place returned product at its optimal selling node

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
  • Strong interest in retail and an understanding of industry dynamics
  • Strong quantitative skills, including interpretation of model building and insight generation (from a variety of data types and sources)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage project execution
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change
  • Ability to work across a wide breadth of topics, focusing in on the things that matter vs getting overwhelmed by less important details
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
