Program Manager 2, Supplier Management Team Lead for Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector. What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinating the efforts of the SMT, including engineers, the subcontracts administrator, supplier quality assurance representatives, logistics engineers, schedule planner, and cost/material planner
  2. Supports and monitors technical performance baselines, compares key subcontract technical performance measures, assesses execution status, and takes appropriate action to maintain conformance with the baseline
  3. Earned value (EV) management of material control accounts
  4. Coordinating and managing the execution of all phases of supplier performance, including planning, proposals, new capability development, production, testing, deliveries, and sustainment
  5. Conducting or coordinating review of supplier documentation (e.g., technical evaluations of proposals, acceptance test procedures, cost and schedule reports, software version description documents)

Skills

Required
