Amazon is one of the most recognized brands in the world, continuously shipping hundreds of millions of products to valued customers. The Amazon Transportation Services Relay Operation Center (ATS ROC) within Amazon Japan's Supply Chain Management arranges, manages, and supports a linehaul transportation network of over 5,000 daily operations connecting Amazon's logistics hubs across Japan, ensuring safe and on-time delivery to customers.
The ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) team drives continuous improvement in operational quality, safety, and cost across ROC's linehaul transportation operations. By analyzing vast transportation data to identify improvement opportunities, leading joint improvement initiatives with delivery partners, designing and implementing standardized and automated operational processes, and developing new technology-driven workflows, the team contributes to building a scalable and sustainable transportation network.

プロセス改善・標準化の推進 ・輸送ネットワークにおけるオペレーション課題を特定し、データと構造化されたアプローチに基づく問題解決を自律的に遂行する ・継続的改善（Continuous Improvement）の手法を活用し、コスト削減・品質向上・生産性改善に資するプロジェクトをオーナーシップを持って立案・実行・効果検証する ・各種標準作業手順書（SOP）の策定・統一・整備を通じて、業務の一貫性および再現性を確立する ・標準化されたプロセスの現場への定着・展開をChange Managementを通じて推進する ・グローバルベストプラクティスのローカライズおよび展開を通じて、業務品質の底上げを図る
イノベーション・テクノロジー活用による業務変革 ・新たなオペレーションモデルの設計・導入、ならびに既存業務プロセスの抜本的な再設計を推進する ・データパイプラインの構築・可視化ダッシュボードの設計を通じて、リアルタイムでの意思決定高度化を実現する ・手作業に依存するオペレーションを特定し、システム化・自動化によるヒューマンエラーの排除と処理速度の向上を推進する ・テクノロジーチームとの協業を通じて、ビジネス要件の定義・優先順位付け・ユーザー受入テスト（UAT）の実施を担う

A day in the life このポジションは、輸送ネットワーク（幹線輸送領域）のオペレーションと戦略を接続する変革推進の役割です。現場で起きている課題を構造的に捉え、標準化・テクノロジー・データを武器に、スケーラブルな仕組みへと転換していくことがミッションです。
取り組む課題： ・急速に拡大する輸送ネットワークにおいて、属人化した業務や手作業に依存したプロセスが残存している ・標準化されたプロセスが未整備、または形骸化しており、品質・効率にばらつきが生じている
仕事の進め方： ・自ら課題を発見し、構造化されたアプローチで分析・解決策の立案・実行までを一貫して担う ・ AI、自動化、 データ可視化などのテクノロジーを積極的に活用し、オペレーションの在り方そのものを再設計する ・曖昧な状況や前例のない課題に対しても、仮説を立てて検証し、前に進める推進力が求められる

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Japanese and English proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
