Program Manager responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence in data center delivery. This role involves stakeholder engagement, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation for critical initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Being the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.
  2. Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects to align with organizational goals. Partner with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated in advance of contracting. Partner with Construction team to ensure collaboration and seem less handoff.
  3. Project Management: Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Tenant Fit Out and LV Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, commissioning and LV fit out to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scopes of tenant fit out projects with the overall project scope.
  5. Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
