Program Manager for Alexa AI, focusing on driving cross-functional programs from machine learning research to customer-facing product delivery. The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives, defining requirements, driving execution, and communicating progress and risks to senior leadership. It requires collaboration with engineers and scientists to ship features and improvements across languages, modalities, and devices.

What you'd actually do

  1. own programs end-to-end — defining requirements, driving milestones, clearing blockers, and delivering results aligned with organizational goals.
  2. partner directly with science and engineering teams to scope efforts, set priorities, and drive delivery of cross-functional projects that span multiple organizations.
  3. drive program communications at all levels — writing narratives and strategic documentation to secure resources and alignment, while keeping Sr. Managers and Directors informed on status, risks, and escalations.
  4. define and track success metrics (KPIs) to measure program health and customer impact, using data to tell the story of progress and inform decisions.
  5. apply process improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Kaizen) to accelerate delivery and eliminate waste.
