Program Manager - B2b Data & AI

Adobe Adobe · Enterprise · San Jose, CA +2

This role is for a Strategic Program Manager within Adobe's B2B Data & Analytics organization. The primary focus is on driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and team effectiveness for a globally distributed data organization that is scaling from BI & Reporting to AI- and Agent-driven decisioning. The role involves owning the rhythm of the business, coordinating top-priority programs, building the team operating model, and serving as a key liaison to senior leadership, crafting executive communications. It combines program management rigor, strategic execution, and team operations, with a focus on enabling leaders and teams. While the role supports AI initiatives and aims to embed AI tools, it is not a hands-on AI/ML development or research role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive program management and operational excellence across globally distributed B2B Data teams, including Jira hygiene, Wiki/Confluence standards, sprint planning, capacity planning, and delivery tracking
  2. Establish and run the team’s operating cadence — stand-ups, sprint reviews, quarterly planning, leadership reviews — ensuring consistency, clarity, and follow-through across regions
  3. Lead the complete delivery of strategic programs and L1 goals and achievements for the leadership team. Ensure must-win initiatives finish on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
  4. Translate leadership priorities into structured execution plans with clear owners, turning points, dependencies, and risk tracking
  5. Manage up to VP-level collaborators — proactively communicate program status, risks, and decisions through crisp executive summaries, business reviews, and leadership presentations
