This Program Manager role supports Product Managers in driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and seamless execution across the product lifecycle for high-priority product initiatives. The role focuses on translating product strategy into executable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing the end-to-end program delivery.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead execution of strategic programs that align with company and product priorities.
  2. Translate product strategy into executable plans by partnering closely with Product Managers to develop roadmaps, define workstreams, and structure delivery milestones.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, GTM, and other business units to drive alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
  4. Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope definition, project planning, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and retrospectives.
  5. Manage the full program lifecycle—from initiation through execution, launch, and post-mortem analysis.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, or a similar role supporting product development teams.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with deep experience building and managing detailed execution plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in project and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track key metrics, assess program health, and proactively identify risks.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without authority across all levels of an organization.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous and complex situations, understanding the flexible and adapting needs of various stakeholders
