What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end master workflow for all House-related workstreams (Vegas, Dallas, KOP).
  2. Establish and lead the 10–14 week planning cycles for all major House campaigns and seasonal beats.
  3. Manage the "Experience Swap" design sprints in partnership with Production, ensuring that attraction refreshes are executed without a gap in brand quality.
  4. Act as the primary steward for the House Design System. Partner with the Senior Manager of Design to ensure that Core Design’s conceptual vision is successfully translated into high-visibility ATL (Above the Line) and high-utility BTL (Below the Line) assets.
  5. Ensure Production Design is embedded in the creative process from day one. You are responsible for preventing House execution from becoming an isolated silo, instead integrating it into the broader BCS design rituals.
