What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IBCS-M deployments from site surveys through operational handoff for both U.S. and FMS customers
  2. Serve as lead program representative for Army exercises, demonstrations, and operational events (CONUS/OCONUS)
  3. Serve as deputy program manager focused on deployment and operations, supporting overall program execution
  4. Build trust with Army end-users, program offices, and operational commanders through responsive support
  5. Serve as the voice of the soldier—capturing user feedback and translating it into actionable software requirements
