Program Manager to drive delivery for change programs (product launches, pricing updates, new subscription models) within the Service Design & Delivery group, acting as a bridge between User Voice and other Canva teams. The role involves translating briefs into project plans, coordinating timelines, identifying risks, and leading support strategy to ensure seamless user experiences at scale.

  1. Driving delivery for both minor and major change programs — from product launches to pricing updates and new subscription models
  2. Translating ambiguous briefs into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones and ownership
  3. Coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and proactively identifying risks and dependencies
  4. Leading support strategy and enablement for key launches and high-impact initiatives
  5. Partnering cross-functionally across User Voice, Product, Marketing, Content & Discovery, and Design Experience
