What you'd actually do

  1. Own scoped transformation workstreams within an enterprise program—plan, sequence, and track milestones; manage interdependencies; surface risks with clear mitigation proposals.
  2. Establish and run governance rituals (standups, Scrum of Scrums, sprint reviews, release readiness, risk/issue reviews) and maintain high-quality artifacts (RAIDs, roadmaps, dashboards).
  3. Drive change & adoption by partnering with change managers and business owners to land new workflows, tools, and operating models; measure adoption and value realization.
  4. Stakeholder & executive communication—synthesize progress, decisions, and risks into crisp updates for leadership; influence without authority across org boundaries.
  5. Data-driven execution—use program KPIs/OKRs, quality gates, and analytics to guide course corrections and continuous improvement.
