Program Manager for AT&T Global Public Sector's Defense Team, supporting the DoD Cloud‑Based Internet Isolation (CBII) capability. The role involves establishing performance baselines, managing risks and schedules, reporting progress, serving as a liaison with the government, implementing performance measurement processes, coordinating incident reviews, overseeing documentation, and ensuring contractual compliance within a Department of War environment. Requires a Secret clearance and experience supporting DoD or DISA IT service programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish and maintain performance baselines (solution scope, costs, schedules); oversee development of the CBII Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  2. Chair formal baseline change requests (BCRs) reviews; manage risk registers and corrective actions; lead weekly and quarterly risk/status meetings to address critical issues.
  3. Guide weekly progress reporting such as by Weekly Activity Reports (WARs) and quarterly reviews; ensure timely delivery of all required briefings, plans, and contract required artifacts (e.g., monthly service utilization & capacity reports).
  4. Serve as primary point-of-contact between the program team and Government; delegate tasks, clarify requirements, and secure approvals on plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  5. Implement processes to measure results; track program key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous service improvement.
